Photography
We will be taking photos at the event that may be used in future promotional material (which can include, but is not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, website, email campaigns, fliers). During the registration process you will be asked if you agree to having your picture taken. Further information about pictures and picture use will be available at the event.
COVID-19 Disclaimer
We are committed to ensuring that our stakeholders’ health and safety is the top priority of running any internal and external events, which includes adhering to any local, state, and federal laws, policies and restrictions, within NSW and across Australia where relevant. In utilising any external venue our organisation will ensure that the venue engaged will have a current Covid 19 Safety Plan that outlines how the venue manages the risk of COVID within its premises. We require event goers to not attend on the day of the event if they are displaying symptoms commonly associated with COVID 19. In this case a full refund will be considered. The organisation strongly encourages vaccinations as a means to protect against both infection and transmission to all participants.
Refunds/Cancellations Policy
Cancellations by close of business 2 weeks prior to the event incur no penalty.
Cancellations in the period 1-2 weeks prior to the event will incur a 50% administration fee for organisations and professionals and a 15% administration fee for people with disability and family members.
No refund can be given for a cancellation made after 1 week prior to the event. However, as per the Covid 19 disclaimer listed above, we require event goers to not attend on the day of the event if they are displaying symptoms commonly associated with COVID 19. In this case a full refund will be considered.
If a person can no longer attend, they can arrange for someone else to attend on their behalf, without penalty. Any changes must be advised prior to the event.
If due to unforeseen circumstances, we are forced to cancel an event, a full refund will be given.
